Donation To The Arts!
Here's How
We are offering our supporters a chance to make a tax-deductible
donation to show their support through an advertisement in our show catalog. We
are proud of the fact that this annual art show attracts a large audience from
this are and offers a great opportunity for you to reach out with your message.
Your financial support can help us continue our encouragement of the local art
community. The show can be viewed at the Clovis Veteran's Memorial district,
804 4th Street in Clovis during the Rodeo. Show hours are Wednesday
through Saturday 9AM—7PM during the Rodeo.
The public reception and award ceremony for the show will be held on Wednesday, April 26th from 5PM—8PM, and we would like to invite the public and all our business supporters, family and friends to view the show and meet the artists. Your tax-deductible donation will enable us to reach our goal of having an exhibit as nice as it previous years. At the reception, we give out the awards and scholarships to the local high school students. We would like you to meet the artists and students we are supporting.
HERE IS A LIST OF WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT ART IN YOUR COMMUNITY, STUDENT ART SCHOLARHIPS AND OUR WESTERN HERITAGE:
$25 Donation will give you an opportunity to publish 2 lines of information about your business in our show brochure
$35 Donation we will produce your photo ready business card
$50 Donation will entitle you to a half page ad (3.5" x 4.5")
$100 Donation you will have a full-page ad (4.5" x 7.5")
We hope you will consider joining us in the support of our art community the Gene Butler Student Scholarship Program and our western heritage.
Down load the form below, fill it out and mail it to Clovis Art Guild, POB 1594, Clovis, CA 93613 with your check and a business card, or a copy of the information you want on your ad, or you can bring it to the next general meeting on Wednesday April 12, 2017 from 7PM—9PM at the Clovis Veteran's Memorial District. We do ask that you respond before April 14, 2017 so that you will not miss being published in our show brochure. Thank you for supporting our Western Heritage.
